Bánh gạo cay sốt thịt bằm với các miếng bánh gạo dẻo dai, hành tây và cà rốt thơm ngon, phủ đều nước sốt cay thơm cùng thịt băm béo ngậy. Có thể dùng ăn sáng hay ăn các bữa phụ đều hợp.
Chuẩn bị 200g bánh gạo sau đó cho bánh gạo vào nồi nước luộc khoảng 3-5 phút hoặc đến khi thấy bánh gạo mềm. Vớt bánh gạo ra để ráo nước. Phần nước luộc bạn chớ bỏ đi nhé. Cà rốt, hành tây gọt vỏ rửa sạch, cắt miếng vừa ăn.
Phi thơm hành băm với 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho thịt băm vào xào, nêm 1 muỗng cà phê bột canh. Tiếp đến cho bánh gạo vào xào cùng với hành tây, cà rốt. Từ từ rưới phần nước luộc bánh gạo lên đun sôi.
Hạ bớt lửa đến khi thấy phần bánh gạo mềm thì cho nước tương và tương ớt đun đến khi phần nước sốt sánh lại là được.
