Sau khi chinh chiến qua các thể loại canh khoai mỡ thì nhà mình chuộng nhất vẫn là canh khoai mỡ nấu với tôm khô. Món canh vừa ngọt vừa béo vừa thơm lừng mà lại ăn hoài không chán. Nào mời bạn cùng trổ tài để xem thử món canh này có làm xiêu lòng gia đình mình không nhé!
Tôm khô ngâm nước ấm 10 phút cho nở mềm vớt ra để ráo, giữ lại nước ngâm tôm. Hành tím băm nhuyễn, rau nêm rửa sạch cắt nhỏ.
Khoai mỡ gọt vỏ rửa sạch dùng muỗng nạo lấy thịt khoai. Khoai mỡ rất nhanh bị đen nên lúc gọt khoai xong bạn nên thả vào thau nước rồi nạo khoai liền, lúc nấu đừng nên để lâu.
Làm nóng xoong, cho dầu ăn vào, đợi dầu ăn nóng già, cho hành tím băm nhuyễn vào phi vàng rồi trút tôm khô vào xào cho thơm. Cho 2 lít nước và nước ngâm tôm khô vào nồi đun sôi lên rồi thả khoai mỡ vào, đợi nồi canh sôi thêm lần nữa, hạ lửa trung bình đun thêm tầm 15 phút nữa là khoai chín.
Tắt bếp nêm nếm gia vị rồi múc ra tô rắc rau nêm và tiêu lên. Món canh khoai mỡ với vị ngọt lành của khoai mỡ, thơm béo của tôm khô phi hành ăn cùng cơm nóng với các món cá/ thịt/ nấm kho khô sẽ là một lựa chọn tuyệt vời cho bửa cơm của gia đình bạn. Bạn hãy thử xem nhé!
