Sốt chanh với kết cấu hơi giống món thạch mềm vị chanh, là món sốt thơm mùi chanh, vị ngọt, màu trong, đặc và hơi béo dịu được làm từ bột bắp dành cho các món có vị khô và cay.
Ngò rí rửa sạch, cắt nhuyễn. Tỏi đập dập, băm nhuyễn. Đây là hai nguyên liệu giúp giảm hương béo của bơ và mayonnaise, giúp sốt thích hợp với món Á nói chung và Việt Nam nói riêng.
Chanh vắt lấy nước, vỏ chanh cắt sợi nhuyễn. Trong vỏ chanh chứa hàm lượng tinh dầu tốt cho sức khỏe, đồng thời tăng hương thơm đặc trưng cho phần sốt.
Cho tỏi, chanh, ngò rí, sốt mayonnaise và chút nước vào máy xay nhuyễn. Vỏ chanh khó để xay nhuyễn được, do vậy tốt nhất bạn nên lặp lại thao tác 3 - 4 lần. Đảm bảo tất cả được nhuyễn mịn.
Sốt sau khi được xay mịn, bạn đặt lên bếp chưng cách thủy, thêm bơ, hạt nêm, tiêu vào sốt. Đun với lửa vừa, khuấy đều cho bơ và các nguyên liệu hòa quyện vào nhau, đến khi sốt có độ sệt là được.
Sốt chanh được thực hiện theo phương pháp mới vẫn giữ nguyên độ béo ngon cùng vị chua thanh mát, hương thơm dễ chịu. Nhưng dễ ăn hơn rất nhiều cho những bạn không ăn được vị béo nhé.
