Simple, CNC machined fit my Honda generator precisely. I added a Yanmar 3 gallon tank with fuel line and adaptor that allows many hours of runtime. The generators primary use is to recharge my battery bank on cloudy days when the solar panels can not produce enough power to recharge.

Cap fit my Honda EU2000i perfect. It also fit my Champion 2000. Wish I would have seen this earlier. $20 for the cap & the free brass fitting,and a $5 hose and I made and extended run tank with a jug. way cheaper then the $130 Bergs system, and works just has well for $25. Now I just hang the hose in the fuel jug and screw the cap on.

Used this for a generator. Instead of having to remove the small gas tank i can add an external gas tank for continued running without having to shut it down and refuel. You dont have to void your warranty by removing parts. Well worth the money, great product!

Excellent Product-Well Made
The cap worked well. I used a Johnson Outboard fuel connection in place of the supplied fitting and connected it to a 6 gallon boat fuel tank. I ran the Honda EU2000i for 3 days without any issues. Sure beats filling up the tank in the middle of the night. I put the tank above the generator, slightly loosened the cap, and pumped the until fuel came out the generator cap to clear any air.

Bought this to test with one for now but will be used with 2 Champion 2000watts Inverters linked together through parallel cable kit. Works like a charm!! This same cap fits the Honda’s 2000watts also. Same cap.

Good value. Simply hook up fuel rated hose and drop the other end in another elevated fuel can. Generator seems to run forever now.
